This is a draft policy page. Final legal language will be added before public launch. Before public beta, TrailScout should have terms reviewed and aligned with the privacy policy, AI usage model, coaching services, payment flows, and sponsorship program.

AI output may be incomplete, imperfect, or wrong. TrailScout should encourage thoughtful review instead of blind copying or mass application behavior.
Users should only upload resumes, job descriptions, notes, and career materials they have the right to use. Account access should not be shared in a way that compromises privacy.
Pricing, credits, BYOA options, coaching, sponsorships, and premium services may evolve as the product moves from early build to private beta and public launch.
